Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ground Beef Stroganoff

2 LBS. ground beef (or stew beef cut into strips)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can creamy onion soup
8 OZ. sour cream
1 tsp. paprika
dash pepper

Brown beef till crumbly. Drain. Add soups, sour cream and seasonings. Cook about 5 minutes over low heat; stir occasionally. Serve over egg noodles.
