Bulgoki

This is another ethnic dish I grew up on.

Bulgoki

4 OZ. soy sauce
2 OZ. sesame seed oil
1/4 C. sugar
half of onion(sliced)
1 1/2 to 2 LB cheap steak(sliced in thin strips)

Marinate for at least 3 to 4 hours or over night. Stir fry in wok or frypan. Serve with rice.*you can put diced carrot and potatoes in rice if desired*
